Getting to the venue: Bridge Darebin is located at 218 High street Preston, and is walking distance to Bell street.

Transport: There are accessible buses 903 (Mordialloc SC), 513 (Eltham station via Lower Plenty), the
bus stop is located 140metres away. The closest train station is Bell Station, it’s a 5-minute walk and is
350metres in distance.
The footpath is uneven in sections and as we are located close to the Bell street/High street intersection,
it is quite a quite loud and busy.

Getting into the venue: We have accessible ramps to get into the venue.

Getting around in the venue: We have wide hallways and door entries, and accessible bathrooms. In
addition, we have super friendly staff to support where needed. There are also multiple accessibility
ramps located within the building.

Sensory-free space
Our reception, which located in the building just to the left of the cafe is a designated sensory-free,
quiet zone. If anyone feels overloaded they are welcome to chill out there with our super friendly
Receptionist. We also have an accessible garden space with tables and chairs as another option.

Getting to the venue: Bridge Darebin, Thornbury is located at 131 Shaftesbury Parade, Thornbury. It is
walking distance from St.Georges Road and Moreland Road.

Transport: There are accessible trams and buses nearby and on-street parking available.

Tram: The number 11 tram (routes: Bourke street/Collins street or West Preston/Gilbert rd) is a 6-
minute walk and is 450metres in distance. The tram stop is Normanby Ave/St Georges Rd #32
Buses: The 510-bus (route: Ivanhoe) bus stop: Leinster Gr/Normanby Ave is a 4minute walk and is 216
metres away.

Our Thornbury location is located in a quiet residential street. Our designated sensory-free, quiet zone is
in the reception or out the front of the house in the garden where there are tables and chairs. The
house is also located close to an oval if additional time-out would be required.
